The Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Health has heard that Health Minister Zweli Mkhize has been advised not to speak on allegations pertaining Digital Vibes.

Mkhize was supposed to address parliament on the investigation into the awarding of a tender to Digital Vibes, the processes followed and actions taken thus far.

Questions are being raised about the minister’s signature on the R150 million rand contracts, which was flagged as irregular after an independent probe conducted by financial auditors and tax consultants Ngubane & Co.
