Mkhize Says He Will Not Dissapoint The ANC Branches

African National Congress (ANC) NEC member Zweli Mkhize says he will accept the nomination to run for the party’s presidency if nominated.

Mkhize had been speaking to the media shortly after addressing the Victoria Mxenge Memorial Lecture in eThekwini.

The ANC is expected to hold its National Elective Conference in December.

He will be competing for the position with the current president Cyril Ramaphosa and NEC member Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma.

Mkhize says if branches want him to lead the ruling party, he will not disappoint them.
