Mkhwebane’s Suspension Is Unconstitutional- Dali Mpofu

Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane is back at the Western Cape High Court to challenge her suspension.
Mkhwebane’s application against President Cyril Ramaphosa has resulted in her parliamentary inquiry into her fitness to hold office being put on hold.
She maintains that the president’s decision to suspend her was premature and was in breach of section 96 of the constitution.
Mkhwebane’s lawyer Advocate Dali Mpofu is arguing in court that Ramaphosa suspended her before the 194 committee could even begin its work.
