Momentum One Day Cup and CSA T20 Challenge Terms And Conditions

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of
the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered
into after the fact

3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio
iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a
result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd's competition;

4. The Momentum One Day Cup and CSA T20 Challenge ticket give away is brought to you by
Cricket South Africa and will run on the 22nd of February 2018 till the 22nd of April 2019 on
Gagasi FM.

5. The winner announcements will be made on; Extra Time on the following days; 22 February, 25
February, 1 March, 8 March, 29 March, 8 April, 12 April, 22 April 2019

6. To enter the competition, listeners must answer a question posted on the station’s Social Media
and asked by the presenter on Extra time. Listeners to send their answers with the keyword
‘CRICKET’ and the answer to 064 624 5378.

7. One lucky listener with the correct answer will win the ticket prize per competition moment

8. Prize: For the games on; 26 Feb, 2 Mar &; 15 Mar: 1 x double VIP tickets to Presidential Suite + 2
official Proteas caps for the following games at Kingsmead. Please take note of the dress
code: Strictly Jacket and Tie dress code, NO takkies, jeans, shorts, flops will be permitted,NO
U18’s allowed in the Presidential Suite. 9 March: 4 x ground entry tickets + 4 caps for the MODC
game at Pietermaritzburg Oval on 9 th March, excluding food / drink

9. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence
will be entered into.

10. The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
11. Prize to be collected from the Gagasi FM studios in Cornubia Mall, between office hours (08h00
– 16h00).

12. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any harm or damages that may occur to the winner when
coming to collect his/her prize from Gagasi FM.

13. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any harm or damages that may occur to the winner at the
Cricket Matches

14. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any food and alcohol beverages made by the winners.

16. Winners should bring their bar coded green Identity Document when they collect their prize.

17. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.

18. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including
without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.

19. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.

20. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the
competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical
failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.

21. You will be disqualified if:
– You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
– You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three
months
