Mpofu vs Zondo?

Advocate Dali Mpofu says he has no worries of being part of acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo’s interview at the Judicial Service Commission for the position of chief justice.
Zondo, who is one of four candidates up for the position, will appear before the commission tomorrow.
A Legal Practice Council in December last year charged Mpofu with unprofessional conduct.
He had told Public Enterprises minister Pravin Gordhan and his advocate, Michelle le Roux, to shut up during a state capture hearing.
Mpofu says he is not conflicted.
