MTN 8 WAFA WAFA VIP EXPERIENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The MTN 8 Wafa wafa VIP experience is brought to you by MTN 8 and will run from; 9 December 2020 till 11 December 2020 at, 17h20 on That Drive (15h00 – 18h00)
5. To enter the competition, listeners need to, recharge with R10 MTN airtime or more, then dial *144*8#, take a screenshot of their entry results and post it in the comments section on the MTN 8 post on Gagasi FM’s Facebook page, tag your 2 friends and use #WafaWafa
6. Winner will be announced on Friday, 11 December 2020, on That Drive
7. Winner will be notified telephonically. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize: VIP experience for the winner and their 2 friends at Maxi’s Lifestyle in uMlazi V Section. Experience includes: food and refreshments provided by MTN under a tab at Maxi’s Lifestyle. MTN has confirmed that all COVID related protocols will be observed at the event including but not limited to the wearing of masks and social distancing. Gagasi is in no way associated or responsible for the event and is not involved in the planning or running of the event.
9. Winner’s detail will be shared with MTN and MTN will be in connection with the winner regarding how they can claim their prize
10. Winner and friends will be expected to transport themselves to and from the venue
11. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any damages or loss that happens to the winner and their guests, going to/at/leaving the VIP Experience
12. Experience is provided solely by MTN, where Gagasi FM is only the radio promoter of the campaign.
13. The winner and their guest are going to the event at their own risk without persuasion/ obligation to GagasiFM
14. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any damages incurred when entering or trying to enter the completion
15. No entries by any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
16. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
17. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
18. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
19. You will be disqualified if:

• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
