MUT Postpones Academic Activity

The Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) has confirmed that classes will not commence tomorrow as planned.
Academic activity has been postponed as a result of the ongoing impasse between the Student Representative Council and management.
Workers have also been striking over salary increment demands while student were protesting in support, and also raising their demands including free education among other issues.
MUT’s acting Vice-Chancellor, Manyani Makua, announced that registration remain open despite the non-commencement of classes.
