No One Is Bigger Than The ANC- Ace Magashule

African National Congress’s suspended secretary general, Ace Magashule, says president Cyril Ramaphosa should be suspended as he has been formally charged.

Magashule has been speaking to Gagasi FM News on the sideline of the ANC 55th elective conference in Johannesburg.

He is not allowed to be part of the elective conference, as he was suspended on the basis of the step-aside rule after he was criminally charged in connection with a multimillion-rand Free State as-bestos eradication tender.

Yesterday, the Jacob Zuma Foundation announced that Ramaphosa had been charged in a private prosecution for being an accessory in the crimes committed by among others Advocate Downer namely, breaching the provisions of the NPA Act.

Magashule says there is no one bigger than the ruling party.
