Political parties in parliament have raised mixed emotions on this year’s budget speech delivered by Finance minister, Tito Mboweni.
His budget had been overshadowed by a weak economy, an escalating debt to GDP ratio and a shockingly high unemployment rate in the wake of a COVID-19 pandemic.
