Osindisweni Residents Are Assured Water Challenges Will Be Sorted

The eThekwini Municipality has assured residents who are currently experiencing water shortages, in Osindisweni in Ndwedwe north of Durban that it has expedited the upgrade to the Ogunjini Water Works.
The water shortages affecting the area are caused by the facility’s inability to sufficiently manage the demand from the community.
The municipality’s spokesperson, Lindiwe Khuzwayo, says while the upgrading of Ogunjini is being finalised, water tankers are being sent to the area.
