OUTA: increase of toll tariffs nothing new

The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse says the increase of toll tariffs on national roads including the controversial e-tolls in Gauteng is nothing new.
Transport minister, Fikile Mbalula, approved the 2020 toll tariffs as per road agency Sanral’s recommendations.
Outa’s, Wanye Duvenge, says the e-toll scheme has collapsed and therefore it is ineffective.
