Pretoria High Court Sticks To Its Decision On Arms Deal

The High Court in Pretoria has upheld a decision to set aside the findings of the Arms Deal Commission.

Judge Willie Seriti and Judge Hendrick Musi want the decision to invalidate the findings, overturned.

The duo were accused of failing to properly investigate the arms deals.

According to Right to Know national coordinator Verushka Memdutt, it is a step in the right direction.

Memdutt says the public needs to speak up as their power is in their voice.
