The Nedbank Cup quarterfinal draw will take place on Monday 17 February at 18:00, after the conclusion of the round of 16 action on Sunday night. The draw will not be seeded, meaning teams will be pulled out of the hat randomly to set up the last 8 ties. The big three of Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns have all made it to the quarterfinals, after the Soweto teams recorded 3-0 victories on Saturday and Sundowns eased passed ABC Motsepe League side Mpheni Home Defenders in Attridgeville on Sunday.

Durban City FC is the only KZN team that is left in the competition after the Motsepe Foundation Championship leaders upset TS Galaxy with a 2-1 extratime victory. Supersport United, Stellenbosch FC and Marumo Gallants have also placed their names in the hat for the draw. The final spot is yet to be determined after the postponement of the Royal AM vs Milford round of 32 fixture, with the winner of that clash facing up against Sekhukhune United. The delay has been caused by Royal Am’s continued financial problems which led to the clubs inability to fulfill their PSL fixtures in the whole of 2025.
