African National Congress president, Cyril Ramaphosa, has called on municipalities to apply regulations in a way that will empower citizens.
He says that these strict regulations preventing informal businesses from operating must come to an end.
Ramaphosa has been delivering the January 8th statement in Mongaung in the Free State where the ANC has been celebrating its 111th birthday anniversary.
