Ramaphosa Says EPWP Is Key

President Cyril Ramaphosa says government recognises the need to create an enabling environment for civil society organisations to be effective in undertaking their work.
Ramaphosa appeared before the National Assembly to answer a series of questions from MPs.
He says the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) is one of the government’s key programmes to provide temporary work for the unemployed.
