President Cyril Ramaphosa says the ideal municipality should be accessible, provide opportunity for public engagement and communicates in a considerate manner, with functional customer care.
He has ben delivering a keynote address at the South African Human Right’s national conference on local governance in Sandton Gauteng.
He has also tabled government’s resolutions to service delivery concerns.
Ramaphosa says he expects this conference to come up with solutions and implementations.
