Ramaphosa worried that some people still know nothing about covid-19

President, Cyril Ramaphosa, says he’s concerned that there are people who still think that the coronavirus can only affect certain people.
Ramaphosa has been addressing media in the Eastern Cape.
The country has more than 12700 confirmed coronavirus cases, 238 deaths and over 5000 recoveries.
Ramaphosa says Covid-19 education and awareness needs to be intensified.

Ramaphosa also says health workers must be protected at all the time from contracting coronavirus.
More than 300 health workers have been infected with the Covid-19 since it entered South Africa’s shores.
Ramaphosa says health workers are playing an important role in saving people’s lives.
