Russia-Ukraine Peace Talks Resume

Ukrainian and Russian negotiators will meet again in Turkey from today in an effort to end the war that started 32 days ago.
Ukraine’s main negotiator, David Arakhamia, says previous engagements with the neighbouring country were very difficult.
At the same time, Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky says his country is prepared to accede to adopting a neutral status when they negotiate with Russia.
He has told Russian journalists this would be subject to guarantees by third parties, as well as a referendum in his country.
The talks are planned to last until Wednesday.
