SA’s Covid-19 recovery rate now stands at 86 percent

South Africa’s confirmed number of Covid-19 deaths have reached 14 028 after another 47 people died of the virus in the 24 hours until last night.
The country now has a total of 625 056 cases most of them in Gauteng, followed by KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape.
But the country has a recovery rate of 86-percent, namely 538 604.
Internationally, the total number of cases now exceeds 25-million – six-million of those reported in the United States.
