Security Cluster is Ready for the Local Government elections – Modise

The Intelligence Coordinating Committee has assured the Justice, Crime Prevention and Security Cluster in cabinet that the situation in the country is relatively stable.

The cluster has briefed the media following a security threat assessment by intelligence regarding the the state of readiness for the election that gets under way on Saturday.

It says it has been assured that the situation is conducive to free and fair elections.
