The case against former South African President Jacob Zuma has been postponed once again in the Pietermaritzburg High Court this afternoon.
The matter will resume in August this year.
The former president returned to the high court for an update on a petition he lodged with Supreme Court of Appeal Judge President Mandisa Maya.
Zuma wants Maya to reconsider his application for leave to appeal against the High Court’s dismissal of his special plea to have State advocate Billy Downer removed from his case, accusing him of being bias.
Zuma and French arms manufacturer, Thales, face corruption and fraud charges relating to the 1990’s arms deal.
