Cell C Sharks director of Rugby Neil Powell made minimal changes to the side that crashed out of the Heineken Champions Cup against Toulouse last weekend, as they will host Benetton in a Vodacom United Rugby Championship clash at the Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium on Friday evening. Centre Rohan Janse Van Rensburg has not been cleared to run onto the pitch after he got stretchered off in Toulouse last weekend. Austrailian International Ben Tapuai will slot in as his replacement in the number 12 shirt, which will see Marnus Potgieter coming onto the bench as a replacement.
It is a must win game for the Sharks as they currently sit just one point above their opponents on the URC log standings, as the fight for a top 8 finish intensifies with two rounds of the pool stages remaining. The match will kick off at 18:30 on Friday night.
