SHO’T LEFT #SEATATTHETABLE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The Sho’t left #SeatAtTheTable Competition is brought to you by SA Tourism and will run from; 30 March 2021 to 01 April 2021 on The Uprising (6-9am)
5. One (1) winner will be selected, contacted and notified on the 1st of April 2021.
6. To enter the competition, listeners need to go to Gagasi FM’s Facebook or Twitter page, explain why they deserve the seat at the table with The Uprising Team, tag @gagasifm, use #SeatAtTheTable and include where they stay in Durban
7. Competition is only open to listeners who reside in Durban for transport convenience.
8. On 01 April 2021, one lucky entrant will be put on-air and awarded with their prize.
9. Prize: A day spent touring Durban and doing activities with The Uprising Team and SA Tourism. Depature will be at East Coast Radio (address: 313-315 Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Umhlanga) at 09h30am on Monday, 05 April 2021. Drop off will be at the same address at 18h30 on Monday 05 April 2021.
10. Winners will have to provide their own transportation to and from East Coast Radio (address: 313-315 Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Umhlanga), SA Tourism and Gagasi FM will not be liable for any damages that they might incur.
11. Winners will be notified telephonically. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prizes to be collected from East Coast Radio, (address: 313-315 Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Umhlanga) on the 5th April 2021 between (09h15am – 09h30am).
13. If there is an error in the details provided by the winner Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
14. Winners must bring their original South African ID books/Smart cards when they collect their prize at East Coast Radio, (address: 313-315 Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Umhlanga). If the ID number does not match that of the winning entrant, then the winner will be disqualified.
15. No entries by any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
16. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
17. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
18. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
19. You will be disqualified if:
• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
