SHOWMAX MTN DATA DEAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The Showmax MTN Data Deal Competition is brought to you by Showmax and will run from the 29th of March 2021 until the 2nd of April 2021 on GagasiFM.
5. The Competition moments will be played on the following shows: That Drive (3pm-6pm)
6. To enter the competition, listeners must send the keyword; “Showmax” to the studio via the GagasiFM app (app is available on Google Play and iStore
7. Daily, the That Drive team will call back one lucky entrant and put them on-air to take part in the competition. The lucky entrant will be asked one simple question pertaining to the Showmax and MTN data deal. Should they answer this question correctly, they win: a Huawei P40 Lite. Listeners can read up on the Showmax and MTN Data deal on; www.showmax.com/mtn
8. An additional prize of; R2000 will be given to the winner, should they be an MTN subscriber. Winner can only qualify for this additional prize, if they have answered the first question correctly and they have a subscription with MTN (contract or prepaid)
9. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any damages incurred when entering or trying to enter the completion
11. No entries by any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
12. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
13. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
14. To claim the cash prize, winners will have to provide Gagasi FM with their correct banking details, ID copies and complete and return signed affidavits.
15. Monies will be paid over via EFT and Gagasi FM will not be held liable for incorrect deposits as a result of being issued with incorrect banking details
16. Prizes will be distributed once the competition has closed, between the 2nd of April and the 2nd of July 2021, between office hours (08h00 – 16h00).
17. If there is an error in the details provided by the winner Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
18. Prizes not collected within this period will be forfeited
19. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
20. You will be disqualified if:
• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
• You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of Gagasi FM, its affiliates or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition;
• You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or adopted), business partner or associate of the persons specified in the above clause
