The case of 36-year old Zamaswazi Majozi, allegedly known as Sphithiphithi Evaluator on Twitter, has been postponed to October for further investigation.

She appeared briefly at the Germiston Magistrates court, where she was granted a R3000 bail. Majozi stands accused of inciting public violence related to last month’s lootings and is alleged to have operated as Sphithiphithi Evaluator with a following of more than 65 000 people on twitter.

Majozi was arrested last week during a search and seizure operation in Leondale.

NPA’s Katlego Mogale elaborates.
