State Capture Commission Opens Criminal Complaint Against Myeni

Deputy chief justice Raymond Zondo has instructed the state capture commission’s legal team to lay a criminal complaint against former SAA board chairperson Dudu Myeni.

This is after she revealed the identity of a secret witness, Mr X, during her testimony at the commission a few weeks ago.

Zondo says Myeni was not supposed to disclose the identity of the witness.
