STEERS, COMBOS ARE COMMUNICATING COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The Steers Combos Are Communicating Competition is brought to you by Steers and will run from; 31 May 2021 till 4 June 2021 on That Drive (3-6pm)
5. To enter the competition,
   1. listeners need to send a message to the studio, via the Gagasi FM app telling the station, what their unusual food related combos are
   2. message to include the hashtag; #Mjojo to qualify as an entry
6. Daily; lucky entrant will be randomly selected and called back during the competition moment on That Drive.
7. Chosen lucky entrant has to be available to go on-air during the competition moment, as the presenters will ask the chosen lucky entrant to share their unusual food related combo before awarding them with the prize
8. Winners will be notified telephonically. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prizes: Steers voucher valued at R4000.
   1. Voucher valid till 30 April 2024
   2. Vouchers require a minimum order amount of R65.00 for R15 delivery fee.
   3. Vouchers can be redeemed until the balance is depleted, or the expiry date.
   4. Customers can only redeem one voucher code per order.
10. Gagasi FM will distribute prize letters from Steers to the winners, between: 4 June 2021 and 11 June 2021
11. Steers will distribute; e-voucher codes to all winners’ cell phone numbers within seven to fourteen working days after the competition has ended on-air (4 June 2021). Gagasi FM, will not be held liable for any damages incurred during this process
12. Prizes not collected within 4 June 2021 and 4 September 2021 will be forfeited
13. Winners are to provide Gagasi FM with a valid cellphone number to be shared with Steers, for the distribution of their prizes
14. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for incorrect contact details received from winners
15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash
16. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any damages incurred when entering or trying to enter the completion
17. No entries by any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
18. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
19. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
20. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
21. You will be disqualified if:

• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
