Momentum Proteas captain Sune Luus says South Africa will be looking to play the “perfect game” when they lock horns with England in the ICC T20 Womens World Cup Semifinals tomorrow. South Africa needed a 10 wickets win against Bangladesh to qualify for yet another World Cup Semi final, after they achieved the same feat in the 50 overs World Cup last year.

The Momentum Proteas have not been at their best so far in the tournament, especially with the bat. They have scored 499 runs in 4 Innings, with the highest score being 132/6 in their 65 runs win over New Zealand.

The bowlers have taken 24 wickets in total, with all-rounder Marizanne Kapp the pick of the lot with 7 wickets in the tournament. Sune Luus believes the Proteas need to play the perfect game in order to get a win against England, and meet all their necessary KPI (Key Performance Indicators) in all three aspects of the game, which is the batting, bowling and fielding.
