Competition Terms and Conditions

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the auditor, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Gagasi FM bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Gagasi FM competitions;
4. Takealot Winter Hibernation competition shall run each Day from 15h00 on 28th June 2021 until 18h00 on 02nd July 2021
5. To enter the competition, a listener must, WhatsApp us a voice note telling us what makes you happiest at home!
6. One winner to be awarded a prize a day for a duration of 1 week (5 days)
7. Prize: R4 000 in takealot.com vouchers.
8. The identification details of the winner must match their identification documents.
9. If there is an error in the banking details provided by the winner, Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
10. Winners must bring their original bar coded South African Identity document when they collect their prize. If the name in the Identity Document does not match the name of the winning entrant, then the winner will be disqualified.
11. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
12. Entries which contain errors will be considered invalid, and thus ineligible.
13. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
14. The entrant understands that by entering the competition, they agree/consent to be contacted by Gagasi FM staff or representatives.
15. You will be disqualified if:
• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You or a member of your household have won a competition conducted by Gagasi FM in the past three months
