The AA says Traffic Departments should adapt to loadshedding

The Automobile Association says traffic departments across the country are not making enough of an effort to mitigate the impact of rolling blackouts on traffic congestion.
The association is increasingly receiving complaints about a lack of traffic law enforcers at major intersections during load-shedding.
AA spokesperson, Layton Beard, says the excuse of a lack of resources cannot be accepted any longer.
