Tourism Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane says those who break COVID-19 regulations while travelling will be held accountable this festive season.
Kubayi-Ngubane has visited EShowe, in northern KwaZulu-Natal, as part of the Domestic Activation Campaign to explore rural attractions and diversity.
Part of the campaign is to encourage people to explore their country while adhering to COVID 19 safety regulations as the minister explains.
