Trade Union federations COSATU and SAFTU say President Cyril Ramaphosa must outline time frames for the country’s economic recovery plan and how government will deal with COVID 19.

Ramaphosa is expected to deliver the State of Nation Address tomorrow evening, under the theme, “following up on our commitments, making your future work better”.

Two weeks ago parliament announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s SONA would be taking a hybrid format with only 50 MPs allowed in the house.

Other members will join the address virtually.

COSATU Spokesperson, Sizwe Pamla says he must also propose on how government will create job opportunities.
