Duarte Concerned About ANC Public Perception

ANC Deputy Secretary General Jessie Duarte says it is concerning that the ANC is always associated with state capture whereas they are governing party.

She has been speaking to media on the sidelines as ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa appears before the Zondo Commission to give his testimony.

Duarte says everything that the governing party does is now viewed as an attempt to capture the state when it actually has the power to implement decisions that will advance the country.

She adds that those who are doing a great job in the party do not get acknowledged.
