Residents of uMdoni municipality in ugu district, on the KZN south coast, will now have access to a one stop shop portal to log service delivery reports.
The mayor of the south coast council, Sbongile Khathi, has launched this R50 million initiative aimed at addressing power outages, waste removal and sanitation queries.
The turnaround project was one of the apex priorities cited by Khathi when she took over six months ago.
