The mastermind in the murder of late gender based violence victim Tshegofatshe Pule, Ntuthuko Shoba’s verdict will be heard at the Johannesburg High Court.

Shoba was found guilty in March this year for premeditated murder of Pule after a hitmen confessed that he was hired by him to do the job for R70 000.

WhatsApp messages between him and Pule are expected to be once again mentioned in court as they play a role in determining whether Shoba is remorseful of his actions or not.

Pule’s family has been very vocal to the media throughout the case about the verdict they want for the man who killed their daughter.

Family Spokesperson Tumisang Katake says Shoba deserves a very harsh punishment as nothing can bring Pule back.
