The African Transformation Movement (ATM) says it will go ahead with its new motion of no confidence in the leadership of President Cyril Ramaphosa.
With only two seats in parliament, the ATM has requested that parties vote in a secret ballot in the motion of no confidence.
Initially this secret ballot was rejected by then National Assembly Speaker Thandi Modise, however, after taking it up with the Western Cape High Court, the ATM came out victorious.
It is now up to Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula to proceed with the motion.
The party is accusing Ramaphosa of deliberately allowing State Owned Enterprises to collapse under his watch.
ATM Vuyolwethu Zungula says under Ramaphosa the unemployment rate is on the increase , load shedding has worsened and fuel prices is an area of concern.
