Zikalala: Cleaning of classrooms will be done twice a day

Premier, Sihle Zikalala, says the cleaning of classrooms will be done twice a day to curb the spread of Covid-19 in schools.
Zikalala had been briefing media in Durban, on latest developments on the coronavirus pandemic in the province.
The education department has just over a week to ensure that all schools in the province are adequately equipped to resume classes on the 1st of June as per national’s directives.
Zikalala says most schools have been disinfected.

Meanwhile, education MEC, Kwazi Mshengu, says he is concerned that the are principals directing teachers not to return to schools.
