Zulu says fight against GBV must be intensified

Social development minister, Lindiwe Zulu, says all stakeholders must work together to fight the scourge of gender based violence in the country.
Zulu had been speaking at the State of Hope Address in UKZN’s Westville campus in Durban.
According to police reports a number of reported rapes rose 3.9% to 41 583 in the year through March, the highest in four years.
Zulu says this has to stop.
