Zuma’s corruption trial could be delayed further

The trial of, Jacob Zuma, could be delayed even longer after he appealed a court decision to try him for corruption.
The State alleges that the former President took bribes during the controversial arms deal with five European companies in the 1990s.
The National Prosecuting Authority confirmed that Zuma filed an application for leave to appeal the Pietermaritzburg High Court’s decision last month that his trial on charges, including of corruption, fraud, graft and racketeering, should go ahead.
