Multi-award-winning rapper Cassper Nyovest has addressed rumours about his marital status, ending speculation that he is getting married to his childhood sweetheart Pulane. Taking to Instagram, Cassper expressed shock that people are inviting him to his wedding he doesn’t even have.

“hilililili!!!! Akere lea nyadisa ebile you’re inviting me to my own wedding??? Leng tlhopela date le venue ??? Le hectic!!!”

Cassper Nyovest said as he poured cold water on the ongoing wedding rumours.

Social media was inundated with rumours of Cassper‘s impending marriage to Pulane, sparked by MaphepheNdaba’s report claiming that the renowned rapper would tie the knot on the 16th of March, this past weekend. “Refiloe and Pulane invite you to their traditional wedding on March 16 2024 Twelve o’clock in the afternoon,” read the invitation card shared by MaphephaNdaba.

Just as the excitement surrounding their wedding spread across social media, a subsequent announcement revealed that Cassper and Pulane‘s nuptials had been rescheduled to April 6th.

“Hi, admin, The Cassper and Pulane wedding has been postponed to the 6 of April because they are still renovating Pulane’s mom’s house. Please hide my identity. She’s a very chilled Maftown girl who is also very educated. Ohhh plus shes hot! Hot body! No BBL, says anonymous on the DM. Nyovest or rather Mufasa and Pulane are also expecting a little bambino.”

Nevertheless, Cassper’s recent remarks have raised more questions than answers regarding whether the acclaimed rapper is indeed marrying Pulane, or if it was merely another exaggerated social media rumour.

In the comment section, many locals laughed heartily as they discussed the fake wedding invite and how they fell for the news.

“IEh rona we were happy for you dawg Hanthe it was fake news,” one person said while another wrote:

“After all those think pieces people had. I even feel sorry for them. nywe nywe baby mama, nywe nywe man acting right, nywe nywe addiction. Guys let’s learn to mind our own business. Ahi tiveni ta hina!”

“Nna I was surprised because I know how you feel about marriage. I was shocked.”
