Sizwe Sibisi is a seasoned broadcaster whose love for radio started long before his first job behind the mic. Born and raised in Imbali Township, Pietermaritzburg, and now based in Durban, Sizwe grew up as an only child, finding early companionship in the comforting voices of radio. What started as a hobby has since become a lifelong calling.
Sizwe officially entered the radio industry in 2009, after years of falling in love with the airwaves during his high school days — often talking back to the radio as if he were already on air. Today, he brings over a decade of experience, authenticity, and energy to every broadcast.
When he’s not co-hosting iPre-Party every Saturday from 7PM to 10PM alongside DJ Happygal on Gagasi FM, Sizwe lectures Communication & Languages at Elangeni TVET College, and continues to pursue his Master’s in Language & Media Studies at UKZN. A proud father of two sons, Sizwe also has a deep passion for fast cars, language, and storytelling.
With his signature voice, lived experience, and unwavering love for radio, Sizwe keeps the weekend spirit alive — blending music, memories, and magnetic vibes every Saturday night.
