ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa has arrived at Moses Mabhida Stadium to deliver the party’s Manifesto.

He is joined by the national and provincial leadership of the party.

The ANC is completing its last term as the governing party, making way for a new government to be voted in on 29 May when citizens head to the polls.
