Benylin/Sinutab Grand Quiz COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:
2. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition.
4. The Grand Grand Quiz Competition is brought to you by Benylin, Sinutab and Gagasi FM. The competition starts at 00:00 on Monday, 27 November 2023, and ends at 23:59 on Friday, 22 December 2023 on Gagasi FM.
5. The Competition will be played on The Uprising show 6am – 9am
6. To enter the competition, listeners must download and register on the Gagasi FM, then send their contact details (name, surname and number) to the “Message The Studio” tab, with the hashtag #GrandGrandQuiz. Information will only be visible to the app admin for purposes of selecting an entrant.
7. Daily Monday to Friday during the competition period, one entrant will be selected randomly from the Gagasi FM app and called on air to play the Grand Grand Quiz. The quiz is made up of 10 general knowledge questions, in order to win the daily cash prize of R2 000, the entrant must score a minimum of 7 correct answers, out of the 10 questions and be eligible to come back again the following day and accumulate more cash prize/s.
8. If the entrant is unable to answer the required minimum correct answers, they do not win any amount and the money does not roll over to the next day. A new entrant will then be selected to play for the following day.
9. The maximum amount one entrant is allowed to keep coming back to answer the quiz and accumulate cash prize/s is 5 days, with a total per week earnings capped at R10 000.
10. Prize: R2000 cash daily, maximum weekly prize R10 000 per week
11. Winners will be notified telephonically, and the judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
13. Winners are to provide Gagasi FM with a copy of their bar-coded Identity Document and his or her official banking details sent to the station via e-mail.
14. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
15. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
16. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
17. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
18. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
19. You will be disqualified if:
    You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
    • You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months.
