Union federation Cosatu plans to engage with the Department of Employment and Labour to ensure Africa’s renowned soccer coach Pitso Mosimane’s former domestic worker receives 5.7-million-rand in compensation.
Dorothy Sikirivao reportedly suffered serious and permanent injuries while working at the Mosimane home in 2021.
Despite her claims being elevated to legal demands the Mosimane family is allegedly ignoring her compensation requests.
Cosatu’s Matthew Parks insists on dignified treatment and full respect for labour rights for all workers by every employer.
