1. Before you enter the competition please read the competition rules below:
2. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants/listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competitions.
4. The Gagasi FM Forever Wena Tyma Competition is brought to you by Gagasi FM. The entry period starts at 09:00 on Sunday, 21 June 2026, and closes at 18:00 on Sunday, 21 June 2026. The final draw and winner announcement will take place on-air during the Shutdown Yomhlaba show (18h00 – 22h00) on the same day.
5. To enter the competition, entrants must send a message on the Gagasi FM mobile app, with a special message or dedication to their father.
6. On Sunday, 21 June 2026, the winning entrant will be called on air to be awarded the prize.
7. Prize: R2500 cash
8. The winner will be notified telephonically, and the judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Prize is not transferable to another person.
10. The winner will be required to provide a copy of their bar-coded Identity Document and proof of banking details via a secure channel designated by Gagasi FM for verification purposes before the prize is released.
11. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
12. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating, including, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes or the falsification of data.
13. Entries that contain errors will be invalid.
14. Any entries received after the competition deadline will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
15. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may prevent an entry from being successfully submitted.
16. You will be disqualified if:
    • You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
    • You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months.
