- By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
- Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition.
- The Gagasi Fm Birthday Celebration Competition is brought to you by Gagasi Fm. The competition starts at 00:00 on Friday, 14 March 2025, and ends at 23:59 on Monday, 31 March 2025 on Gagasi FM.
- The Competition will be played on various radio shows on Gagasi FM.
- Phase 1: To enter the competition, listeners must guess the travel destination that is being given away. The clue will be shared daily on the Gagasi FM Whatsapp channel from 14 March 2025 to 20 March 2025. Once they think they know the correct destination, entrants must send the answer to the Gagasi FM App with the keyword #ithinaamabhoza
- Phase 2: 10 listeners who sent in the correct answer, will be shortlisted from the App entries. Each day, two listeners will compete on-air by participating in the Grand Grand Quiz on the Uprising breakfast show. From the 24th of March 2025 to 28th of March 2025, each day two listeners will have to answer 10 general knowledge questions, and the contestant who gets the most correct answers wins R1000 rand and a spot in the Top 5 finals. By the end of that week, a winner from each day will be selected to join the Top 5 finalists.
- Phase 3: On Monday the 31st of March, The Top 5 finalists will be invited to the Gagasi FM studios, where they will be given an opportunity to pick 1 box from the 5 boxes, the one who picks the box with the boarding passes, wins the prize.
- Prize: All expenses paid trip to Bali (an island in the country of Indonesia), valued at R80 000, for two 2 people (the winner and their partner). The duration of the trip is 5 days. This prize is inclusive of flights, accommodation, meals, and non-alcoholic drinks. The winner will have to provide their own transport from home to the King Shaka International Airport.
- Any meals or activities that have not been included in the prize offering, will be for the winner’s account.
- The winner and their travel partner are responsible for applying for and confirming their valid travel passports.
- Winners will be notified live at the Gagasi FM studios and the judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
- Winners to provide Gagasi FM with a copy of their bar-coded Identity Document sent to the station via e-mail with a confirmation of their drivers license.
- No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
- Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
- Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
- Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
- Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.

You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months.
