- By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer
of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be
entered into after the fact. - Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio
iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a
result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition. - The Gagasi Fm Win-A-Car Competition is brought to you by Halfway Mahindra Umhlanga
Dealership and Gagasi Fm. - The competition starts at 00:00 on Friday, 17 April 2026 and ends at 23:59 on Friday, 8 May
2026 on Gagasi FM. - The Competition will be played on various primetime 06h00 to 18h00 shows on Gagasi FM,
including but not limited to Gagasi FM Breakfast (06h00 – 09h00), Gagasi FM Mid-Mornings
(09h00 – 12h00), Gagasi FM Midday (12h00 – 15h00), and Gagasi FM Drive (15h00 –
18h00). - To enter this competition, entrants must have a valid South African driver’s license.
- Entry Phase 1: To enter the competition, entrants must visit the Gagasi FM website
(www.gagasiworld.co.za), fill in an entry form, and must select the option to be contacted for a
test drive. - From 17 th April to 1 st of May 2026, 10 entrants who entered via the website will be selected to
form part of the Top 20 contestants to go head-to-head in the on-air quiz qualifiers that will
take place from 11th of May 2026 to 15 th of May 2026. - Entry Phase 2: On the 9 th of May 2026, entrants will have an opportunity to enter the
competition by visiting the Halfway Mahindra Umhlanga dealership to book their test drive.
The dealership address is – 1a, 190 Ridge Rd, Umhlanga, uMhlanga, 4320. The selection of
this phase entrants will be done at the dealership on the 9 th of May, to be eligible for this
phase of the draw, the entrants will have to physically come into the dealership and book a
test drive. The names of those entrants will be put into a draw, and ten entrants will be
selected to form part of the Top 20 contestants. - Quiz qualifier Phase: From the 11th of May to the 15th of May 2026, the selected Top 20
finalists (10 from website entries and 10 from the test drive bookings) will compete on-air in
the Win-A-Car quiz qualifiers. Each day, two on-air shows will each host two finalists, who will
answer a quiz consisting of five questions. The five questions will include two questions to
identify sounds linked to car parts, and three general knowledge questions about Gagasi FM
and the Mahindra vehicle. - Quiz Qualifier winner selection: For each on-air quiz moment, the finalist who gets the
most correct answers from the five questions will move on to be a Top 10 finalist. Should the finalists obtain the same number of correct answers, the quiz will go into a sudden-death question, the first person who answers the sudden-death question correctly will be the winner. - Grand finale winner selection: All the Top 10 finalists will be invited to join Gagasi FM on
Friday, the 22nd of May, at the Halfway Mahindra Umhlanga dealership. Each of the Top 10
finalists will be given the same 20-piece puzzle to build within 3 minutes. The first 5 finalists to
complete the puzzle move on to the Top 5 finalists. Each of the Top 5 finalists will select one
box with a car key inside. The finalists will each have an opportunity to attempt to unlock the
vehicle with the mobiliser, and the winner will be the finalist who has the key that unlocks the
car. - Transport to and from the grand finale activation will be for the entrant’s account. Food
and soft drinks will be provided during the activation. Any additional meals or activities
that have not been included in the prize offering will be for the winner’s account. - Vehicle Prize Specifications:

Value: R259,999.00 - Runner Up Prize: The remaining 9 finalists who do not win the vehicle, will be awarded a
cash prize of R2000 each. - The winner will be required to produce a valid driver’s license to pick up the vehicle
and facilitate a change of ownership from the Halfway Mahindra Umhlanga dealership
branch. - Winners will be notified live at the Grand Finale activation of the awarded prize’s and the
judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. - The prize’s is not transferable to another person, nor can the vehicle be exchanged for cash.
- The winner of the vehicle must provide the Halfway Mahindra Umhlanga dealership with a
copy of their South African bar-coded Identity Document, and a confirmation of a valid South
African driver’s license. - The cash winners are to provide Gagasi FM with a copy of their South African bar-coded
Identity Document and a bank account confirmation letter. - No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
- Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including
without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data. - Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
- Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the
competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. - Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being
successfully submitted. - You will be disqualified if:
- You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
- You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three
months.
