GAGASI FM INVADES UMCIMBI WAKHO HERITAGE MONTH COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

2. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you
   agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or
   organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or
   correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and
   Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or
   harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty)
   Ltd’s competition.
4. The Gagasi FM Invades Umcimbi Wakho Heritage Month Competition is brought to
   you by Gagasi FM. The competition starts at 00:00 on Monday, 1 st September 2025
   and ends at 23:59 on Sunday, 14 th September 2025 on Gagasi FM.
5. The Gagasi FM Invade Umcimbi Wakho Heritage Month Competition winner
   announcement will take place on The Uprising (6am-9am) or The Lift Off (9am-
   12PM) on Wednesday, 24 th September 2025.
6. To enter the competition, participants are required to send a motivational letter via
   email on [email protected], telling us their love story about how they met
   with their loved one and include the traditional wedding invitation. Don’t forget to
   use #GFMInvadesUmcimbi.
7. The entry criteria are as follows.
   7.1 A maximum of 1 (One) entry is allowed per couple.
   7.2 Participants must be between the ages 18 (Eighteen) to 45 (forty-five) years
   and must be a South African citizen or permanent resident (required to attach
   certified copy of ID or passport).
8. The prize per Winner includes:
   8.1 One Cow (subject to availability)
   8.2 One Sheep (subject to availability)
   8.3 Traditional Beaded Wedding Attire for both the bride and groom. That will be
   3x traditional beaded attire for the bride and bridesmaids and 3x traditional
   attire for the groom and groomsmen (total 6x including bride and groom).
   8.4 R10, 000 Grocery Package
   8.5 Professional Videography.

8.6 Live Broadcasting from the Wedding Venue by Gagasi FM, bringing the
special day to our listeners subject to availability.
8.7 The prizes are redeemable from the 1 st October 2025 until 31 st December

2025. The winner shall not be entitled to any roll-over of the prize or any
      compensation whatsoever in relation to the balance of the prizes.
2026. Selection of winners.

9.1 A total of 1 (one) winner will be selected by the judging panel.
9.2 The finalist will be vetted by the panel of judges and winners will be
announced live on-air and on social media platforms on the 24 th of
September 2025.
9.3 Participants must enter their correct/legible contact details. If a
winner has given incorrect contact details, the Promoter reserves
the right to select another winner in terms of these rules.

10. Winners will be announced on The Uprising or The Lift Off show on the 24 th of
    September 2025 and on Gagasi FM’s social media platforms. By entering the
    competition, prize winners agree to the publication of their name/s.
11. Winners will be notified telephonically, and the judge’s decision will be final, and no
    correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
    The prize will be handed over to the winner by the relevant suppliers.
13. The above information must be emailed to the station email address:
    [email protected]. The name on the Identity Document should match the
    name used on-air during the competition.
14. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
15. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating
    including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise
    falsifying data.
16. Entries which contain errors will be invalid. The name that the winner uses on-air
    must match the name on the Identity Document.
17. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate
    in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
18. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not
    being successfully submitted.
19. You will be disqualified if:

• You are under the age of 18yrs at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the
  past three months.
