Gagasi FM proudly unveils its highly anticipated new on-air line-up, marking a bold new chapter for the station. The refreshed schedule reflects the station’s commitment to delivering compelling, entertaining content that resonates with its ever-evolving audience.
Seasoned radio personalities Linda “Mr Magic” Sibiya and Mzo “Mzokoloko” Gumede join the Gagasi FM family. Linda Sibiya will host Gagasi FM Early Mornings (weekdays 05h00 – 06h00) and Sunday Devotion (Sundays 06h00 – 22h00). Meanwhile, Mzokoloko returns to the airwaves with the brand-new Gagasi FM Midday with Mzokoloko and Luyanda Khambule (weekdays 12h00 – 15h00).
The powerhouse duo Felix Hlophe and Minnie Ntuli continue to anchor mornings with the revamped Gagasi FM Breakfast with Felix and Minnie (weekdays 06h00 – 09h00), bringing their signature mix of humour, insight, and engaging conversations.
Njabs Zwane, affectionately known as uMam’ o-Custard, remains a mid-morning staple with the refreshed magazine show, Gagasi FM Mid-mornings with Njabs Zwane (weekdays 09h00 – 12h00).
Driving listeners home is the ever-energetic trio Sphectacula, Selby “Selbeyonce” Mkhize, and DJ Naves with Gagasi FM Drive (weekdays 15h00 – 18h00), promising an entertainment-packed experience.
Talk programming also returns with:
- Gagasi FM Talk Hour (Open Line Edition) with Manelisi Ndwandwe (Mondays 19h00 – 20h00)
- Gagasi FM Indaba with Alex Mthiyane (Tuesdays to Thursdays 18h00 – 20h00)
Sports enthusiasts can look forward to:
- Gagasi FM Sports Zone with Xolile Mpisane (Mondays 18h00 – 19h00)
- Gagasi FM Sports Zone with Samkelo “Sports” Mjita (Fridays 18h00 – 19h00)
Additional changes include DJ Sonic taking over Late Night Shandis (Mondays to Thursdays 22h00 – 01h00), and co-hosting iPre Party with DJ Happy Gal (Fridays 19h00 – 22h00).
Weekend programming updates see Sizwe Sibisi hosting Gagasi Saturday Breakfast (Saturdays 06h00 – 09h00), while Nkulee Mbatha takes over Gagasi Saturday Groove (Saturdays 13h00 – 16h00).
