Heineken Silver competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:
- By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact. - Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition.
- The Heineken Silver Competition is brought to you by Heineken. The competition starts at 00:00 on Thursday, 19 July 2024, and ends at 23:59 on Friday, 27 September 2024 on Gagasi FM.
- The Competition will be played on the following shows, 8 is After 8 with (20h00 – 22h00) and Pre-Party (19h00 – 22h00)
- To enter the competition, listeners must Figure out the Heineken Silver Secret Smooth Location, clues will be found on the Spotify music playlist available on Heazy’s social media. Then send their answer to the Gagasi FM app (Message The Studio Tab) with the keyword #HeinekenSilverSA
- On Wednesdays, the show presenter will choose one listener, who has guessed the secret location, put them on-air, and award them R1000 for just guessing (even if it’s incorrect).
- On Fridays, the show presenters will choose one listener from the app, who has guessed the secret location correctly, put them on-air, and award them R5000 as well as a one-night out experience with Heazy from Gagasi FM and their plus one, at the secret location.
- The winner’s plus one guest, must be over the age of 18, identity proof will be required.
- Cash Prizes: R1000 on Wednesday competition moment, R5000, and a paid-for experience on the Friday competition moment
- Experience prize: One night out with Heazy from Gagasi FM, at the Heineken Silver Secret Smooth location. Transportation via an Uber voucher to the value of R1000 will be provided for the winner and their guest. This Uber voucher will only be provided only within the region of Kwa-Zulu Natal, which will cover, the travel to and from the event locations. Food and drink vouchers to the value of R1000 (loaded via a Howler tag) will also be provided during the experience with the radio influencer for the winner and a plus-one. No accommodation will be provided, and any amount that is left over from the food and drink voucher, will be refunded to the winner.
- By entering the Competition, you consent to us processing your personal photograph. If you do not consent, please do not enter the Competition.
- Winners will be notified telephonically and the judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
- Winners to provide Gagasi FM with a copy of their bar-coded Identity Document sent to the station via e-mail.
- No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
- Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
- Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
- Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
- Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
- You will be disqualified if:
You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months.
